Your Profile

We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:  

• Proactive, open personality with a passion for open source, new technologies and agile software development

• Experience in software development with Java 8+ and Spring

• A higher education in the field of computer science (Uni / FH / ETH)

• Very good communication skills and team orientation

• Fluent German (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2)

• Place of residence in Switzerland or willingness to move to Switzerland

Your Challenge

• Software development: Complying with quality specifications, you'll be responsible for developing cutting-edge, user-friendly software solutions using the Java Spring framework and other relevant open-source components.

• Customer orientation: You work closely with our customers and develop software solutions variants according to economic and technical criteria

• Quality orientation: Ensure the quality requirements for software architecture, the development process, and DevOps maturity through active participation in our standardized processes with a focus on quality orientation.
