Your Profile

Are you a highly organized, system-orientated person with the ability to multi-task? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative with an emphasis on attention to detail? 

If this sounds like you, then take a look at our requirements: 

  • High school diploma, additional education or certification in administration is beneficial. 

  • Prior experience in an administration / assistant / back-office role. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Initiative to take ownership and motivated to take care of projects and issues end to end. 

  • German language skills would be a plus. 


Your Challenge

  • Team and Management Assistance – Support in all aspects of running the company. Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, organizing travel, team events, birthday gifts and expenses.

  • Office Management – Overseeing daily office operations, managing hardware and inventory as well as relationships with customers, service providers, and landlords. Acting as the face of Mimacom, welcoming people to our office, building morale and team spirit.

  • HR Support – Taking ownership of tasks in HR, such as preparing and sending employment contracts, organizing, and attending onboarding of new team members, managing documents and contracts.

  • International collaboration – Collaborating with and supporting our international teams including People, Finance and Legal, supporting on business issues and leading on small projects.
