Project Management

We can either support your own project management and coaching activities for IT projects, or we can manage these activities in full.

Our project management ensures the traceability and backtracking of requirements and their implementation, which provides you with constant transparency during the course of the project, including on matters such as costs, deadlines, scope and quality. Due to the agile change management system, new requirements can always be implemented during the project.

Project management also includes:

  • Execution of projects in accordance with Scrum
  • Execution of projects in accordance with HERMES 2003 and 2005 for public bodies
  • Planning technical project infrastructures
  • Managing the project office
  • Evaluations in accordance with WTO (Tool EVAL+)

The Rythm of Scrum @ mimacom

The Product Backlog is generated as a result of the requirements engineering. From this collection of requirements, the priority requirements are pooled together in Sprint Backlogs.

A project is divided into so-called Sprints. A Sprint can be seen as a stage within a project. Each Sprint is opened with a Sprint planning meeting.

During a two to four week Sprint, daily meetings are held, along with weekly testing and story time sessions.

After each Sprint, a potentially shippable product increment is delivered to the customer.

A retrospective meeting is held with the client to conclude each Sprint. This enables us to ensure a continuous improvement process within a project.
