Your Profile

• We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you’ve got the following qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position designing event-oriented platforms based on Kafka.

• Proactive and open-minded personality, with a passion for open source, new technologies and agile software development.

• Good organization skills and a clear customer orientation.

• You feel comfortable in technical conversations and can defend your opinions and arguments.

• Fluent Spanish and English.

• Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Java 8+, Spring, Kafka, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes.

Your Challenge

As part of our team, your contributions will play a part in helping today’s leading companies stay ahead, since you will collaborate with some of the most exciting companies in Europe. Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

• Design of Kafka-based solutions and participation in their implementation, actively collecting needs and requirements, providing estimates, proposing and advising on different approaches.

• Definition of event-based architectures on Kafka and integration of the solutions with external systems.

• Participation in the installation and configuration of the Kafka Stack.

• Help improving the performance of the final solution, providing improvements and helping to implement them.

• Responsibility for the coordination of the client's technical teams.

• Acting as a point of reference and subject-matter expert for teams, clients and stakeholders, to whom you will demonstrate a high level of event-oriented platforms on different technologies (Kafka, Confluent, etc.)

• You will collaborate in communities of practice in order to deepen, share and acquire knowledge about design principles, types of architecture and software development in general.
