To strengthen our team in Bern we are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d) with a strong hands-on mentality and team orientation. There is no 08/15 job for you. Your challenge

  • Work with international, distributed Scrum teams in agile software development projects and contribute to the success as a Scrum Master. Represent the values of the Scrum Guide and lead your teams to maximum performance.
  • Enable your teams and stakeholders and help to anchor the values of the Scrum-Guide
  • Moderate Scrum meetings such as Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement and promote the flow of information between product owner, customer and team
  • Promote the motivation, personal responsibility and self-organisation of the team
  • Support the team in project organisation and in the design of suitable project structures and accompany change processes within the team
  • Work closely with our customers and, if necessary, take on consulting tasks and tasks in the areas of application management, requirements management and/or testing
  • Support the further development of our project processes as well as internal content and concepts such as agile@mimacom
  • If necessary, take on a mentoring and coaching role for our employees at the Berne site

Your profile

  • In addition to an agile mindset, you have a strong hands-on mentality, a high level of team orientation and willingness to help
  • You can motivate others, are open, empathic, communicative and enjoy working with different customers, companies and colleagues
  • You have an analytical approach as well as an independent, customer- and goal-oriented working style
  • In addition to sound knowledge in computer science, business informatics and/or business administration, you have several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile "internationally distributed" as well as "on-site" project teams in software development. Ideally, you could gain this experience in a service company and/or SME
  • You are convinced of agile approaches, have extensive practical experience as well as theoretical knowledge of the Scrum Framework and are ideally very familiar with other agile methods and frameworks such as Kanban or SAFe
  • You are a certified Scrum Master and ideally trained and certified in SAFe
  • You have experience in working with Jira and Confluence and similar tools (managing backlog and documentation)
  • Experience in project management (e.g. risk management, project communication, stakeholder management, etc.), requirements engineering, testing or application management is a plus
  • You are used to work with distributed teams via modern communication solutions
  • You have a very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
