Your Challenge

  • Build high-quality network of candidates and position yourself as a contact person for challenging job opportunities
  • Attract best candidates using long term inbound recruitment techniques
  • Steer the end-to-end recruitment processes using passive and active sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing and coordinating the last steps of the recruting process with other teams and hiring managers
  • Become a trustworthy advisor for hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Be a brand ambassador and influence positively the growth of the company
  • Observe the market trends and develop strategic projects to boost talent acquisition

Your Profile

  • You are open-minded person, a team-player, detail-oriented and have curiosity for the IT world
  • You see yourself as a trusted guide and consultant partner
  • You have planning skills, time management skills and you are a goal-oriented person
  • A higher college education level in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or experience in a similar position will be very valuable
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), preferably experience in the IT sector
  • Familiarity with boolean search and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Xing or StackOverflow
  • You know how to attract top talent using social media and employer branding techniques
  • Hands-on experience using recruitment metrics and working with an Application Tracking System or any recruiting software
  • Proficient in German and English. Spanish will be very valuable
