We liked the mimacom knowledge, flexibility and the speed of execution of the Liferay Healtcheck. The final presentation including summary and recommendations helped us to focus on the most important and critical improvements in our solution.

Professionalization and strategic orientation of ÖGB IT department was supported by mimacom applying the Lean Assesment program and workshop.
Lean assessment helped us to discover our hidden potential, identifying gaps in our software development department. During the time-boxed workshop, we uncovered the most critical pain points and bottlenecks. Now we focus on the continuous improvement of these issues. Altgough we did not focus on our core business, the lean assessment consulting provided us a very objective, independet view on our software engineering processes.

With the DIKON system, SRF's distribution service centre (SC DIST) has replaced two distribution and configuration systems. During the process, reliable functions had been maintained and any identified weaknesses removed.
This project, too, has been managed by mimacom ag in line with the Scrum approach. There has also been a strong focus on quality assurance in the form of a personal Test Manager.
The System has gone on stream at the 2nd quarter of 2011.
