Please note that this role requires you to be in the office at least three times a week. Office days may vary depending on the tasks at hand, such as onboarding sessions or team collaborations, ensuring flexibility and purpose in your on-site presence.

Dein Profil

You enjoy being the go-to person when technical challenges arise and like supporting colleagues and customers with practical solutions? You’re hands-on, tackle problems analytically, and don’t shy away from learning new technologies? You’re comfortable working both independently and as part of a team? Great! On top of that, you should bring:

  • Completed computer science apprenticeship with a focus on system administration (e.g. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder für Anwendungsentwicklung, Informatikkaufmann/-frau, IT-Systemelektroniker:in or similiar). Higher education (University/ Fachhochschule) is a plus.

  • Solid experience in hardware support (laptops, networks, printers) and user support in 1st and 2nd level IT.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products such as SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and MS Teams.

  • Nice to have: Programming skills (PowerShell, Python).

  • Fluent English skills; German and/or Spanish are a plus.

Deine Challenge

As IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • End-User Support: Providing high-quality support to our 500+ employees, customers, and partners. You will analyse issues and deliver effective solutions with a system admin mindset.

  • Hardware Management: Taking ownership of hardware in our German office in Stuttgart, including laptops, networks, printers, as well as Poly telephony devices such as IP phones, conference phones, and headsets — plus managing their related software and cloud services to ensure seamless communication.

  • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Working closely with the global IT team to support, maintain, and improve our global IT solutions and processes.
