Your Profile
We are seeking individuals with a proactive, open personality and a passion for building outstanding digital products. Beyond that, you’ll excel in this role if you have the following qualifications:

Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or product ownership in software projects, ideally in an IT consulting environment.

Proven experience in conducting workshops and presenting and explaining requirements to various stakeholders (development team, client).

In-depth knowledge of identifying, describing, and maintaining requirements and specifications; ideally experience with the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence).

Experience in the financial industry (core banking, payments, compliance) is a plus.

Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are part of your daily work.

Fluent in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
