We are seeking individuals with a proactive, open personality and a passion for building outstanding digital products. Beyond that, you’ll excel in this role if you have the following qualifications:

• Several years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or product ownership in software projects, ideally in an IT consulting environment.

• Proven experience in conducting workshops and presenting and explaining requirements to various stakeholders (development team, client).

• In-depth knowledge of identifying, describing, and maintaining requirements and specifications; ideally experience with the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence).

• Experience in the financial industry (core banking, payments, compliance) is a plus.

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are part of your daily work.

• Fluent in German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
