As a Sales Executive (m/f/d), you play a key role in acquiring new customers for our "Automation Fabric" service line. You drive the sales of process automation projects and impress customers with your expertise in Flowable and its diverse application possibilities.

Flowable, our sister company, is the leading open-source platform for process automation and case management, helping businesses design complex workflows efficiently and manage them seamlessly.

Your Profile

A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in business administration. Additionally:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales/customer acquisition and implementing outbound strategies – ideally in selling software solutions in the field of process automation

  • A strong talent for sales and acquisition, particularly with new clients but also with existing ones, along with a proven track record of success (optional).

  • Knowledge and experience with common business communication platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Xing, etc.).

  • Proficient German (C1) and fluent English (B2).


Your Challenge

You are part of the sales team and responsible for our outbound activities to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships based on the strategy you develop together. Additionally, you will take responsibility for:

  • Acquisition: Your focus is on winning new clients – you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for businesses.

  • Consulting: You advise our clients on our Flowable service offerings and work closely with our specialist departments to find the best applications for our process automation tool.

  • Proposal Management: In close collaboration with management, you prepare proposals and handle tenders.

  • Networking & Events: You continuously work on building and expanding your network in our target segments and represent our company externally: at meet-ups, client events, and trade fairs, you are the face of our organization.
