What You’ll Do:
Operational HR Management
- Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle—from contract management and employee changes to HR administration.
- Ensure high data quality in Workday and carefully prepare all information for payroll.
- Provide competent advice to employees and managers on labor law and HR-related matters.
- People Support & Consulting
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across all HR topics.
- Coach leaders in performance, leadership, and conflict situations, strengthening their effectiveness.
- Ensure a professional onboarding experience and actively drive local and global learning & development initiatives.
HR Processes & Reporting
- Optimize and standardize HR processes in close collaboration with our global HR team.
- Take responsibility for salary review, bonus, and performance management processes.
- Create meaningful HR reports and analyses for management.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and the global HR team.
- Effectively represent the Swiss HR perspective in global projects in a solution-oriented manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and foster constructive collaboration.
What you should bring:
We are looking for a communicative personality with empathy and a strong ability to work with people. Ideally, you also have the following qualifications:
- A completed degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years in a business partner or comparable generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, Swiss labor law, and relevant regulations.
- The ability to operate confidently in a dynamic tech environment and proactively drive change.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
