We’re looking for a Consulting Architect (m/f/d) who can do more than just design great architecture. You’ll guide clients, identify new opportunities, and turn technical possibilities into business value. • At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Broad technical expertise across multiple tech stacks (e.g., Kafka, Kubernetes, Public Cloud)
• Proven experience in client consulting and project leadership
• Confident communication from development teams to executive leadership
• Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level)

• Client consulting & partnerships: Help clients achieve their long-term business goals by providing strategic guidance and building lasting, trust-based relationships.
• Technical visions & roadmaps: Create forward-looking technical visions and translate them into actionable roadmaps for successful project execution.
• Workshops & innovation: Plan and facilitate workshops and Innovation Days to spark creativity, explore new solutions, and inspire teams.
• Pre-sales & business potential: Identify new business opportunities, support sales teams with technical presentations, and contribute to business growth.
• Team enablement & delivery: Promote technical excellence through coaching and motivation, striking the right balance between strategic consulting and hands-on project work.
