As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be primarily responsible for acquiring new clients and selling individually developed B2B software solutions, cloud services, AI, and other digital value propositions. You impress with strong communication skills paired with solid business acumen. Your negotiation skills and sense for new business opportunities help you spot and seize opportunities early. Additionally, you bring:
At least 8 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in IT services and/or custom software development.
A track record in new customer acquisition, focused on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
A natural talent for sales and prospecting. You recognize business opportunities early and proactively drive the sales process.
Experience with relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
You have a strong network of potential customers in the Spanish market.
Fluent language skills in Spanish and English.
As an essential part of our international sales team, you’ll be responsible for our outbound sales activities to acquire new clients in Spain. Your responsibilities include:
New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new clients and projects in the area of custom software development and digital transformation in Spain.
Consulting: Analyzing the needs of potential clients and advising them on individual software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Proposal management: Creating proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management.
Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by attending meet-ups, customer events, and trade shows.
