As a Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) you are our digital reliability guru. You will operate these products and software solutions based on Flowable. Flowable is the leading open-source intelligent business automation provider and combines the power of process, case and decision management in an innovative enterprise-ready platform.

Your Profile

We are looking for a team player, that can think analytically and has strong problem-solving skills. On the technical side, you will need the following skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Swarm, GitLab and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, Traefik, Artifactory, Keycloak, Xray etc.

• Good understanding of distributed and container security

• Experience with service level agreements (SLAs)

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)

A bonus would be:

• Experience with process automation tools (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, etc.)

• Experience in software development with Java and Spring

Your Challenge

• Operations: You will operate our innovative software solution based on Flowable for our customers in the financial sector. You ensure and monitor the availability and performance of our solutions.

• Incident Management: You analyse error situations and develop possible solutions to prevent future errors.

• Analysis & Diagnosis: You carry out post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.

• Platform Engineering & Automation: Together with the team you take responsibility for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the platform infrastructure. You will develop automation solutions for the provision, configuration and scaling of infrastructure components and applications.

• Change Management: You will lead the change management process, including the assessment, approval, coordination and implementation of changes to the production infrastructure and application.
