Your Profile

We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. Beyond that, you’ll succeed in this role if you are a passionate and hands-on software architect and smooth, automated and digital workflows make your heart beat faster. You will also need the following qualifications:

• You are fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)

• At least 4 years’ experience in cloud software architectures or process-engine based architectures

• Experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot as well as BPM frameworks, products, or standards (BPMN, CMMN, DMN)

• Experience in the implementation of process automation projects

• A plus would be: experience with pre-sales activities such as Demos, PoC’s and offerings

Your Challenge

In this role, your focus will be entirely on our Business Process Automation division and our own Flowable product. The position can be filled in the Stuttgart region, Munich or remotely within Germany with occasional willingness to travel. Your tasks will include:

• Technical leadership: You will be leading the topic of Process Automation form a technical perspective. You will be designing the solution architecture and be responsible for integrating them into our customers infrastructure and system interfaces. You will provide technical leadership for our team of developers.

• Consulting and advisory: Based on their business needs, you will provide holistic advice on Flowable to our customers, creating recommendations and road maps for the current and future landscape

• Collaboration across divisions: You will work together with different teams to provide them with your technical know-how and feedback. This includes pre-sales activities such as supporting the sales team with technical advice for offerings and with creating demos or PoC’s for new customer solutions.
