Digital Consultant – Requirements Engineering & Business Analyse (m/w/d)

As a Digital Consultant (m/f/d), you will shape requirements engineering and business analysis in our client projects. You act as the central interface between business and tech teams.

You identify real needs, structure complex requirements, and ensure they are translated into successful products. You leverage your experience with agile methods and your ability to make complex topics easy to understand. Your responsibilities include:

• Business domain analysis: Dive deep into complex business domains, identify real needs, and structure requirements so they are clear and understandable for everyone.
• Requirements management: Critically challenge requirements, formulate them as epics and user stories, and ensure they are implemented in line with the overall product vision.
• Workshops & collaboration: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to co-create solutions together with stakeholders.
• Product vision & delivery: Support prioritization, identify dependencies, and accompany development through to go-live.
• Agile delivery: Ensure that team processes and ceremonies are followed and support grooming and refinement sessions.

We are looking for proactive, open-minded personalities with a passion for digital products. Ideally, you bring the following experience:

• Several years of experience in requirements engineering or business analysis, ideally in an IT consulting environment.
• Proven knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills, moderation experience, and the ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively.
• Basic skills in requirements visualization (e.g. process diagrams, simple wireframes) are a plus.
• Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (minimum B2).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with release strategies, MVP definition, and product scoping.
• Industry experience in manufacturing or automotive is a plus.
