What You’ll Do

Operational HR Management

  • Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle—from contract management and employee changes to HR administration.
  • Ensure high data quality in Workday and carefully prepare all information for payroll.
  • Provide competent advice to employees and managers on labor law and HR-related matters.
  • People Support & Consulting
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across all HR topics.
  • Coach leaders in performance, leadership, and conflict situations, strengthening their effectiveness.
  • Ensure a professional onboarding experience and actively drive local and global learning & development initiatives.

HR Processes & Reporting

  • Optimize and standardize HR processes in close collaboration with our global HR team.
  • Take responsibility for salary review, bonus, and performance management processes.
  • Create meaningful HR reports and analyses for management.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and the global HR team.
  • Effectively represent the Swiss HR perspective in global projects in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and foster constructive collaboration.

What you need

We are looking for a communicative personality with empathy and a strong ability to work with people. Ideally, you also have the following qualifications:

  • A completed degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years in a business partner or comparable generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, Swiss labor law, and relevant regulations.
  • The ability to operate confidently in a dynamic tech environment and proactively drive change.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Workday).
  • German skills (minimum C1) and English skills (minimum B2).

What awaits you

Your development is important to us. You will find an environment that supports and challenges you, while giving you room to actively shape the future.

  • Flexible working hours & hybrid work: We are a remote-friendly company and welcome working from home. However, for this role, regular on-site presence of 2–3 days per week is important to build personal relationships, experience team dynamics, and handle legal documents.
  • Career development & training: Clear career paths, internal and external training, workshops, conferences, innovation projects, certifications, and much more.
  • Company culture: Direct communication and feedback culture, annual performance and salary reviews, team events (“Thirsty Thursday,” hackathons, team-building activities, etc.).
  • Additional benefits: 25 days of vacation per year, choice of operating system (macOS or Windows), and a monthly communication allowance of CHF 50.
