What You’ll Do
As an important part of our international sales team, you will be responsible for our outbound activities to acquire new customers. Your responsibilities include:
- New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in the field of tailored software solutions in Switzerland.
- Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing.
- Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
- Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management.
- Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs.
What you need
You stand out through strong communication skills combined with a pronounced business mindset. Your negotiation skills and ability to identify new business opportunities help you recognize and successfully leverage opportunities at an early stage. In addition, you bring:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.
- A proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
- Strong talent for sales and acquisition. You identify business opportunities early and proactively drive the sales process.
- Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
