Mimacom

At Mimacom, our customers and their needs are at the heart of everything we do. Every day, we develop digital solutions that create real value—for companies across a wide range of industries such as banking, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. More than 50 million people use our technology every day.

To support our employees just as well as we support our customers, we are looking for you as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (100%, m/w/d). You will work closely with leaders, support the entire employee lifecycle, and actively shape our culture. Your goal: to create a people experience that drives growth and success.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical positions—from creating job postings and searching for suitable candidates to preparing offers and concluding contracts.

  • You will advise your hiring managers with best practices, market knowledge, and data-driven decisions to ensure quality and speed in your hiring process.

  • You will actively and passively search for candidates (permanent employees and freelancers) and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will use creative search methods to attract top talent in Germany and Switzerland. A transparent, appealing, and professional application process is always your top priority.

  • You will continuously drive cross-team improvements that optimize processes, strengthen employer branding, and implement new tools and initiatives that benefit our hiring standards.

What you need

We are looking for a communicative personality with empathy and talent in dealing with people. In addition, you ideally have the following qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, including at least 1 year in tech recruiting.

  • Very good knowledge of active sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience in developing and establishing targeted recruiting processes

  • The ability to navigate a dynamic tech environment with confidence and proactively address change.

  • Experience with HR systems (ideally Workday).

  • German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2)

What awaits you

Your professional development is important to us. With us, you will find an environment that encourages and challenges you and gives you the space to actively shape your career.

  • Flexible working hours & hybrid working: We are a remote-friendly company and welcome working from home. However, for this position, regular attendance at the office two days a week is advantageous in order to build personal relationships and experience the team dynamic.

  • Career development & training: Clear career paths, internal and external training, workshops, conferences, innovation projects, certifications, and much more are available to you.

  • Company culture: Direct communication and feedback culture, annual performance and salary reviews, team events (“Thirsty Thursday,” hackathons, team building, etc.).

  • Additional benefits: 30 days of vacation per year, workation options, “choose your operating system” (macOS or Windows), monthly communication allowance of 50 €, company discounts, and contribution to company pension plan.
