What We’re About
At Mimacom, we believe that people’s experience is what truly drives growth. Every day, our teams design digital solutions that impact millions of users, but our real success comes from the people behind them.
We are now looking for our next People Experience Business Partner in Switzerland: someone with long-term vision, autonomy, fresh ideas and positive energy. Someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting managers and shaping meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Your mission will be to accompany, empower and care for the people experience throughout the entire employee journey at Mimacom. You will be building an environment where people can grow, contribute and feel connected. Your tasks will include the following:
People & Culture
- Serve as primary local people contact for employees and managers in Switzerland, providing guidance, listening actively and translating needs into actionable solutions.
- Coach managers on leadership, performance and conflict resolution to strengthen their impact and support the development of healthy, high‑performing teams.
- Lead a thoughtful and human onboarding experience that supports each new joiner from the very first moment.
- Drive local and global learning and development initiatives that foster growth across our organization.
- Collaborate closely with our global people team in Spain and Germany on joint initiatives, best practices, and the co‑creation of a consistent and meaningful people experience across countries.
People Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: contracts, changes, documentation and all elements that keep the experience smooth.
- Ensure data quality in our ERP (Workday) and collect all necessary information for payroll with accuracy.
- Own essential people processes including salary review, bonus cycles and performance cycles, while ensuring clarity, fairness and consistency.
Processes & Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, payroll and the global people team to improve processes and design better ways of working.
- Represent the Swiss People & Culture perspective in global projects with a solution‑oriented and constructive approach.
- Produce meaningful people reports and analyses that support stronger decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines empathy, communication, positivity and a strong sense of ownership. A person who enjoys both connecting with people and making things happen. Ideally, you bring:
- Degree in business administration with a focus on HR or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a comparable role.
- Very good knowledge of HR basics, Swiss labour law and relevant regulations.
- Experience in an agile, dynamic tech or consulting environment and the ability to proactively shape change.
- Ideally, experience with Workday.
- German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills (at least B2).
What Awaits You
Your development matters to us. You’ll find an environment that gives you flexibility, trust and space to evolve.
-
Hybrid working and flexible hours: For this role, presence 2–3 days per week is important to build relationships and handle local documentation.
-
Authentic culture: open communication, regular feedback, annual performance and salary reviews, team events, hackathons and more.
-
Benefits: 25 days of vacation per year, free choice of operating system (macOS or Windows), monthly communication fee of 50 CHF.
