Consulting Architect – AI (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for someone to fill the position of Consulting Architect – AI (m/f/d) who can do more than just design good architecture. In this position, you will drive our AI strategy forward and guide our customers toward customized software development and AI.

As a Consulting Architect, you will be our interface between technology, innovation, and business. Your responsibilities will include:

• AI Leadership: You will shape Mimacom's AI strategy, develop internal AI tools and building blocks, and thus lay the foundation for more efficient and innovative customer projects.

• Customer Consulting: You will support our customers in achieving their long-term business goals by providing them with strategic advice and building sustainable, trusting partnerships.

• Pre-sales: You will support sales teams globally, identify new business opportunities, and take on pitches for AI solutions.

• Workshops & innovation: You will plan and lead workshops and innovation days to inspire teams and develop creative solutions.

• Team leadership & implementation: You will coach teams, promote technical excellence, and bring together strategic consulting and hands-on project work.

You are more than just a good architect—you are a leader who takes responsibility both internally and externally and promotes AI as a strategic issue. Curiosity, business acumen, and courage are what set you apart.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture

• Broad technical expertise, ideally beyond our standard stack (Node.js, Spring Boot, Kotlin, Cloud, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies

• Proven experience in pre-sales and customer consulting

• Ability to lead internal innovation projects and develop AI strategies

• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic vision

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
