AI Project Manager / Lead (m/w/d)

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will shape the next evolutionary stage of software development: combining modern engineering methods with AI‑supported product development.

As Project Manager / Project Lead, you are our interface between client, technology, and team. Your responsibilities include:

• Use Case Development: Together with the AI Engineer and Consulting Architect, you identify and develop AI use cases for our clients – from the initial idea to the finished product.
• Project Delivery: You plan, steer, and take ownership of delivering these products – on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Client Consulting: You advise our clients strategically on how to meaningfully integrate AI into their processes, building trust-based, long-term partnerships.
• Enablement & Change: You empower the client's employees to actually use the new AI products in their daily work – through training, workshops, and hands-on support during rollout.

Team Leadership: You coordinate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration on equal footing, and ensure projects run smoothly.

You're more than a good project manager – you're a leader who doesn't just steer projects but shapes change. Curiosity, business acumen, and strong communication skills set you apart.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management / project leadership, ideally within an IT consulting environment
• Experience managing software development projects, ideally with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of AI technologies and a genuine interest in continuously developing this knowledge
• Experience in client consulting and change management / driving user adoption of new tools and products
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Engineers, Consulting Architects, development)
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic vision
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
