AI Project Manager / Lead (m/w/d)

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will shape the next evolutionary stage of software development: combining modern engineering methods with AI‑supported product development.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will bridge business strategy and product execution, ensuring that product decisions are driven by measurable outcomes and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Define the strategy: Establish a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
• Prioritize business value: Evaluate opportunities, balance competing priorities, and make informed trade-off decisions based on value, impact, and strategic fit.
• Own value realization: Build business cases, assess ROI, and quantify expected and realized business value throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, Legal, Compliance, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Drive adoption: Lead rollout, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities to maximize product adoption and business impact.
• Measure outcomes: Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously optimize product direction based on measurable results.
• Enable cross-functional execution: Work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to turn strategy into scalable solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management / project leadership, ideally within an IT consulting environment
• Experience managing software development projects, ideally with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of AI technologies and a genuine interest in continuously developing this knowledge
• Experience in client consulting and change management / driving user adoption of new tools and products
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Engineers, Consulting Architects, development)
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic vision
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
