What You’ll Do
As part of the HR Business Partner Team your responsibilities will include:
- Close collaboration with executives and departments as a sparring partner on all HR-related matters
- Supporting and advising team leads throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Talent development as well as operational HR work, from onboarding to offboarding
- Shaping and further developing HR processes and standards together with your colleagues at our other locations
- Supporting organizational change processes and change management initiatives
What You’ll Bring
We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. You’ll succeed in this position if you have:
- Completed degree with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable HR role, ideally with a focus on the IT sector
- Solid knowledge of talent development, operational HR work, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in shaping structures within a dynamic environment

Very good German language skills as well as fluent English communication skills.
