We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Intake & Value to act as the front door of our AI Office, ensuring that ideas are assessed quickly, objectively, and with a clear focus on measurable business impact.

As a Senior Consultant, Intake & Value, you will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing AI opportunities across the organization. You will own the intake process, build robust business cases, establish measurable baselines, and maintain a single, prioritized backlog of initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical experts, you will ensure that resources are invested in the opportunities with the highest potential value.

As a Senior Consultant, Intake & Value, you will be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing AI opportunities across the organization. You will own the intake process, build robust business cases, establish measurable baselines, and maintain a single, prioritized backlog of initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical experts, you will ensure that resources are invested in the opportunities with the highest potential value.
What You’ll Do
As Senior Consultant for intake and value, you are the front door of a client's AI office — the person who decides, quickly, whether an idea becomes a funded case or a well-argued no. Here's what that looks like:
Run the intake desk: You own the single intake channel and hold a 48–72 hour qualification SLA. Requesters get a clear answer fast, whether or not it is the one they hoped for.
Build the business case: You define baseline, effort, expected benefit, sponsor and — crucially — the method by which the benefit will later be proven or disproven.
Guard the baseline: Nothing reaches the backlog without a measurable day-0 starting point, agreed with the requesting area and with finance. This is the discipline the credibility of the whole office rests on.
Own the single backlog: You score by impact, complexity and reuse potential, maintain one ranked list across areas and entities, and check every new request against what already exists.
Route by risk, not by habit: You assign each request to the right lane — self-service for low-risk work, fast qualification for the middle, full case plus compliance review for the rest — and stop those lanes from quietly collapsing into one heavy process.

What You’ll Bring
You think like a business consultant who happens to be fluent in technology. You are structured, opinionated, and comfortable telling a sponsor their idea is not worth doing. You are curious about AI and immune to hype, and you would rather kill a weak case in week one than manage it for a year. You also bring:
At least 4 years in management or technology consulting, business analysis or product management, with hands-on ownership of business cases and stakeholder decisions.
Financial literacy: you can build a business case, model a benefit, and defend both with a controller or CFO in the room.
Practical AI fluency — you know what current models and agents do well and where they fail, and you can spot an unworkable use case in a single conversation.
Enough technical grounding to read an architecture and challenge a feasibility claim rather than forwarding it to someone else.
Strong facilitation: you run a qualification conversation with a sceptical department head and both sides leave satisfied.
Very good Spanish (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
