Blueprint

Three priorities. One executable roadmap. Six weeks.

Knowing where to focus is only the beginning. The Blueprint takes your transformation priorities and turns them into real value your organization can actually act on: a concrete roadmap, a defined operating model, prototypes and technical PoCs, and a value case that holds up to scrutiny.

In six weeks, strategic intent becomes an executable program.

No structured execution plan

You have clear transformation priorities, whether from a Discovery Sprint or from your own internal process, but no structured plan or no asset-based validations for how to execute on them.

icon20

Need a board-ready roadmap

You need to present a credible, board-ready transformation roadmap with a defined value case and a realistic implementation path.

Misalignment during scaling

Your organization has started transformation initiatives before but struggled to maintain alignment between business objectives, technology decisions, and operating model changes as programs scaled.

Board-ready documentation & assets

A complete set of validated outcomes, designed to secure organizational commitment and investment approval, structured so leadership can make an informed decision without requiring further interpretation.

How it works

Six weeks is enough time to go deep, but only if the work is structured to move fast and stay focused. The Blueprint is organized into three phases, each building directly on the last.

Weeks 1–2

We conduct a structured assessment of your current technology landscape, organizational capabilities, and strategic priorities. We identify the gaps between where you are and where you need to be, and define the architectural and operational principles that will guide the program.

Weeks 3–4

We design the target service or product, the architecture, and the key elements of the operating model. Technology decisions are made in direct reference to business outcomes,  not in isolation. Each design choice is documented with its rationale and expected impact.

Weeks 5–6

We develop the value case, stress-test the roadmap against your actual constraints, and consolidate everything into a board-ready set of outcomes. Your stakeholders review and validate the recommendations before the Blueprint is finalized, ensuring organizational buy-in from the outset.

What comes next

The Blueprint is designed to move directly into execution. Depending on your priorities and organizational readiness, the natural next step is typically the Accelerator.
